Managed Long-Term Care Update: Serving Those in the Community

Are you someone who wishes they knew more about the Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) programs and services under Medicaid to keep people in their home?  Can income and/or resources be saved using a pooled trust?

If you are already familiar with MLTC plans and services, this is an opportunity to hear from plans and providers on how enrollment is going and gain some helpful tips for navigating the process.  Find out about new programs coming soon and demonstration projects underway for assisted living.

Join us for an educational morning with valuable information and resources from the MLTC plans and their service providers.

We will have a presentation with speakers to share their experience with the enrollment process from start to finish.  There will be time for questions and answers.
