Dementia impacts the workplace

Dementia caregiving exacts a steep toll not only on families but on businesses as well.

Absenteeism, productivity losses and replacement costs all impact the workplace as employees struggle to balance providing care for a loved one who has Alzheimer’s disease with their obligations on the job.

The Alzheimer’s Association WNY Chapter can bring free education programs to your workplace to mitigate that toll. Programs can scheduled to fit your employees lunch or work schedules.
