This award was established to showcase a program that has been successfully implemented to enhance the lives of older adults in WNY

ELIGIBILITY AND CRITERIA

• The program must clearly demonstrate that it addresses a clearly identified need among older adults.
• Shows potential for long-term success and adaptability to evolving needs.
• The program should be innovative, well-structured and positively received by a substantial portion of the older adult community
• DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: No later than Monday, October 13th
