PURPOSE

This award for Meritorious Service is designated to honor a person who has made a significant contribution to the field of aging in WNY.

ELIGIBILITY AND CRITERIA

• Advocate on behalf of older adults and support their well-being 
• Contribute positively to the delivery of services that enhance quality of life of older adults
• Expand understanding of the aging process through research, education and community engagement
• Promote positive social attitudes that value and respect aging.
• Empower older adults by raising awareness of their strengths, potential and ability to thrive
• DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: No later than Monday, October 13th, 2025
