NYS boasts one of the largest aging populations in the US. As we acclimate to a post-pandemic world, we must consider how we balance the needs of the growing aging population with the needs of the organizations and agencies, caregivers, and resources available to support those over 55. Let’s explore the current state of aging in NYS and ways that we can embrace humor to strengthen our teams, services, and approach to aging.
